Basic Infographic Lesson Plan
- Chose a subject where there's A LOT of information (think data) OR make a HYPOTHESIS
- RESEARCH to collect information
- THINK how to make the facts TELL a STORY. Can you show HOW BIG the problem is? Can you compare it to something? How can you CREATE a PICTURE in someone's mind?
- RE-EVALUATE - Your data MAY or MAY NOT support your original HYPOTHESIS. You might need to RE-FRAME your original idea/hypothesis
- Illustrate your data. Gather images, graphs, etc.
- CREATE your Infographic
- ENCOURAGE students to CREDIT their sources (just like a research paper)
- PRESENT your Infographic
